Clubs/Sports/Activities: He's a freshman on the varsity boys' hockey team, Rory is extremely committed to hockey and is an excellent player, mostly playing Right or Left Wing. During the spring when winter sports are over he'll try out for the boys' track team to keep himself in shape for next year's hockey matches. Honestly he's big enough to play football he just hasn't shown any interest in joining, he's kind of afraid of the other guys, he's big but not huge and still has a lot of time to grow. As for other clubs or activities he tries his best to go to Bible Club when he can, he's a devout follower and does try to keep up with the others. Due to recent events he's been roped into playing football on the team due to his roommate Clint, who is not only his hockey captain but the captain of the football team as well.
In-School: In school Rory is the kind of boy who's nervous when it comes to initating conversation, but he does try. He's nervous when he talks to people other than the teacher because it's way out of his comfort zone. Rory tries his best to get his messages across, but he really delves himself into his schoolwork most of the time. He isn't really sure what he wants to do with his life yet, so he keeps his grades at least a bit acceptable so that when he does know he'll be ready. That being said he's very friendly once he gets a feel of how to talk to you, and while he may be a bit too straightforward or take things way too literally he's a huge sweetheart.
After School: After school is either hockey or studying, Rory rollerblades to school since he lives so close and can do some sweet tricks on them at this point. Rory doesn't work because of not wanting his grades to fall, especially becuase he does have to work really hard to earn passing grades, and his parents are extremely against him working anywhere. But he tries to mesh into the high school life, mostly his hockey friends forcing him into situations like parties and drinking. If you can get him to unwind he actually isn't too bad of a guy, a little liquid courage goes a long way with him. Most days he tries to hang out with his best friend Caspian, but it's hard because the man is always so hard to find. He also reads a lot and may or may not have a fondness for manga.

Strengths/Weaknesses: He's amazing at hockey, that is a definite fact. He's not the most genius of guys, but it's his perseverance that leads him to be one of the most reliable people on the team. He's always been good at working hard, and his personality definitely shows that. Despite his hard working attitude he struggles a lot with school, managing to pass classes, but not without lots of effort. Other weaknesses would include public speaking and subtleties. A lot of things go over his head to say the least. You need to be very straightforward with him otherwise he won't quite understand.
